The client cancels the project before any work has been started.
The graphic design delivered does not meet the specifications outlined in the project agreement.
Any other circumstances deemed eligible by Ninety Creative Designs Private Limited.
Certain services, such as consultation fees or initial project planning, may be non-refundable.
Clients must submit a written refund request explaining the reasons for seeking a refund.
The request will be reviewed by Ninety Creative Designs Private Limited within 20 working days.
If the refund is approved, the client will be notified, and the refund process will be initiated.
The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of work completed at the time of the refund request.
Ninety Creative Designs Private Limited reserves the right to deduct reasonable fees for services already provided.
Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.
Ninety Creative Designs Private Limited is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during the refund process.
Clients have the right to cancel a project at any time, but refunds will be subject to the terms outlined in the project agreement.
Revisions and edits are part of the design process and are not eligible for refunds.
Ninety Creative Designs Private Limited is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of nature, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
